Princess, you can remove the songs by going to "my computer" then open the sansa drive and delete files you don't want. If this doesn't work format it by right clicking on the sansa icon and then pick Format. Good luck. Let me know if it helped (and please rate this). Best, D.

I cant figer out how to down load songs from cds to it ive done it befor i just cant see what i did befor

you need to load the cd music into a computer and into something like Windows media player then click the library button so you can see all the music you put in there, connect the player to a USB port and on Windows media player click on the sync tab, then you can slide all the songs you want to put on the player to the right column and click start sync and they will transfer.

Mp3 wont download songs

Re-sychronize your music files with PC using Media Player 10 if "License Expired" or cannot find license message. Once I completed this..it let me syrchronize file to the MP3 player

Songs Not Loading On Player

Did you use Windows Media Player to format?

WMP never does a thorough format.

If so, try formatting thru My Computer. Right Click on the Device (e260) and select FORMAT.

Then try transferring your music again.

Best of Luck.

Ilo mp3 player issue

Your ilo should've come with a disc. That disc should install windows media for you. You can't put music onto it without windows media.
