When my pendrive insert in my computer then a massage comes out you need to fromet the disc in drive j before you can use it do you want to fromet it nwhen i press quck formet then amassage comes out nwarning formatting will erase all data on this disc to formet the disk click ok to qite click cancle when i click ok then comes windows was unable to complete the format but some time i format pendrive. but when i put out my pendrive when again i insert my pendrive then i face again this problem

Do you hav anything else running on your computer at the time you are trying to format this pendrive
scroll to the bottom toolbar (bottom of screen) right click you can select task manager applications also processes you will see whats running on your computer you might have a virus also select users you will see who is using your computer
stop any activity that is happening
another way to find out what the error is
go into control panel administrive tools computer management then select event viewer depending on what operating sytem you have this may vary
extend the events there you will see errors in red you will no what exactly what the error was and at what time it occured you might be able to uninstall then reinstall some of these files/software
