Background turn black message came up saying this version is not real need another product key

is your windows version is genuine?
this will normally happens to your wallpaper if you have a pirated version of windows.

if you have a genuine version, you can update it or register it to windows website.
your product key is usually printed at a windows sticker behind your laptop.
use the Internet explorer browser to change product key when changing it because in my experience, using another browser will not change solve the problem even you have already entered the correct product key.
