Here are some tips to try:

If your product has a "Reset" button, try using that.

Another tip. Try removing all of the batteries and holding down the "ON" button for about 45 seconds. Then replace the batteries (be sure they are fresh) and try your product again

My mobigo stay on the screen that says choose a game

Try taking out the batteries and the game and holding down the "on" button for one minute, then put the batteries back in and try again. The tech support will tell you do that anyway. If that does not work, I would contact them for repair or replacement. I had that problem and that is what I was told to do, they ended up replacing my daughter's mobigo at no charge.

Mobigo

For starters, with any of these small devices, I would recommend starting with brand new batteries, because when they get low, sounds start slowing down, getting distorted, etc.

If you don't feel this is the case, I recommend returning the defective unit for another one, or perhaps picking another type altogether, or buying from a different store, if you feel that you're getting defective, new products.
