Is the cartridge a genuine Kyocera cartridge? I had similar problems on some models with the cheaper generic products. had to strip and clean the whole process unit to rectify the problem.

This question (which is factually not a question) needs more information. When does this happen?
Possibly an updated code. I can find E07 for Kyocera which means the printed document size/format does not match current paper size/format. Like you want to print A4 on Letter paper.
Download the utility and the wizard will run you through making the changes.
You can also go to http://kyoceramita.com/ and pick another country / region to download from.
If you are not seeing any paper there you most likely have a bad paper detect sensor. The paper detect sensor is what looks for the proper timing of the paper moving through the machine and indicates a jam when the paper stops.
The flashing is a code. Depending on if it is flashing fast, slow or so on... Turn to page 32 of this manual for more information.

go look at the orange rollers in the back and see if the letters are etched into your fuser... if it is then replace fuser... otherwise... replace your drum
