In my case, the send call was indeed the issue, but it was not an active button on the client's phone display so I couldn't see it. I had to go into the the Button Features settings on the back end, re-add "Send All" button and save. As soon as the button showed on the client display, the light was showing as active. I deactivated the Send All and then removed the feature on the backend to prevent it from happening again.

Trying to program a touch for incoming calls that will go through my voice mail directly

This can be handled by the DND feature in your admin settings... Do not disturb will transfer your calls direct to voicemail without ringing the handset.

All incoming calls go straight to voice mail

Just go to call settings and then call divert. check settings. Maybe all calls are diverted to voice mails. Cancell all diverts. Then you are done.

Call will not Transfer to Voice Mail

Typically you want your phone system to ring your phones (say extension 10, 11 and 15) and then if no one answers after so many rings the call is transfered to the port the voice mail is on (let's say it's port 16) The voice mail is set to answer right away but does not "ring" until the call is transfered to it. This way (at 4 rings) if a call comes in on line 1 and you answer after 3 rings but a call comes in on line 2 at the same time, the first ring on line 2 will not make the total = 4 and set off the voice mail. I would guess the port at your voice mail is not set to ring and nothing is set up to transfer calls to your voice mail. Did you set this up yourself? How did you program the phone system?
