LOGITECH WEB CAM C120 Drivers can be downloaded from Logiteck Official Support for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Select the Operating System, Download the driver file and install it.

Open the link, click on the grey button "Choose OS" and select the operating system type installed on your system, i.e. windows xp or windows vista or windows 7. And on the next page, click blue "Download Now" button.

Go to logitech website and see if there is updated software and driver for your model. The software is free to download right from logitech. I had the same issue exactly and it worked for me....
