The charger may not be compatible with your iPhone and the battery on your phone may be completely discharged.

Use an OEM (Apple iPhone) charger and see if it charges your phone. Do not unplug it until it is completely charged (several hours).

Bought this blackweb charging station today and when i put my Iphone S on it it just flashes blue tried to readjust the phone and Also unplugged it and plugged it back in but still flashes blue

https://www.quora.com/Why-does-my-portable-charger-blink-and-not-charge

What does it mean when your portable charger is blinking blue? The charger senses this battery condition and as part of it's features gives the blinking indication to say cannot charge this battery. ... A steady charge light usually means that the battery is charging and a blinking light shows that it is charged.

Is the replacement battery an original equipment battery? I bought an aftermarket battery for my Samsung and the phone will not recognize the battery even though the specs are identical. Nice trick by Samsung. See if I ever buy another product of theirs again. Anyhow try putting the old battery back in and see if it will function while plugged in. Otherwise head to the phone store.

The battery is probably dead. You can locate a repair service who will replace it for you for under $50, or you could do it yourself, it's not very difficult. You can easily find detailed instructions on the web, and the replacement battery costs about $5 on ebay.I found good instructions here, that will give you an idea of whether you want to undertake the repair yourself.

Battery wont charge

I had the same problem a few days ago. this could be because the battery is not connected to the cell phone properly (from dropping it or leaving the cell phone in the sun) and may need something, such as tissue paper or ordinary paper to be folded and put on the one side of the battery which is not connected and this will tighten the connection.
hope this helps

Hi my iPhone 3GS is dead. I have tried everything including charging it for 8 hours, holding the two buttons for up to 12 seconds, charge through my laptop with iTunes running and much more. When I put it...

It probably just a defective battery. Bring it to the apple store to see if you get a replacement through them. If you can't, there are third party iPhone repair services, that will fixed it for cheap. Also, I found an DYI iphone repair guide, so you can do it yourself too, not that difficult.
