Put your manuals where they can be found. Seems no one has this one!

I had the same issue. I took the broken parts to a local machine shop and asked them "How much to make me something like this, with the most important part being the bore (the d-shaped openig that fits on the shaft)" The old guy asked what it did, then looked at it for a few seconds and said $20. I said OK, do it, cheaper than a new bread machine!
3 days later, when it was done, it looked SIMILAR but works fine. I used a dremel tool with the wire brush and polished it up nice, I coat it with oil each time I use it and it and hand wash and dry it afterward. Look in your local Yellow pages for tool and die makers or machine shops, or metal fabrication.
It may take some looking but you should be able to find someone. Too bad the guy retired who made mine, I could go into business!! Good luck and happy baking

Sounds like my exact problem. I bought in an antique store (here in Vcr-Canada) an un-used machine. Home-line "Home Bakery" Mod.CBM-5511.
1-lb loaf capacity. With lots of auto-settings.
A lady friend at work took it home yesterday and made me a wonderful loaf based on the instructions and recipe for her new Black & Decker model. It all came out Great.
I wolfed that loaf when I got home tonite. I even copied the simple recipe that she used for making the bread and for some other doughs to make buns ect. I'm gonna try it out on my wife soon. I LOOOOVVVVE breads.
