My Oster Regency kitchen center won't allow me to raise the beaters up to remove the bowl. What is the problem?

Do you have the owner's manual?
There must be a button on it to either push or press.

Oster regency parts

There are all kinds of Oster Kitchen Center parts and attachments for sale on Ebay. Here is another site that sells Regency parts: http://www.Goodman's.net

Can you help me with my Regency problem? I bought a used one with the hopes of using a lot of the attachments including a meat grinder (did not come with), but now after receiving the OKC there is no hole in the side of the mixer arm to attach the grinder - there is a metal circle. Do I need to punch out this circle - like an electrician does with an electrical box? HELP

A full list of mixer fro Oster is available at this web site

The customer service also is very friendly and can answer to all your question or concern.Consumer rating for small appliance is very questionable because the items in question are very generic and they are all realtes to the same market segment

Oster Regency kitchen center question

Look under the mixing head on the bowl side. There's a square "tab" that looks like the one on the back side of the machine. Pull it towards the bowl to release the mixer head from the base.
