THEY ARE NOT UNIVERSAL! Is it the blade or blade holder? What make/model of fan do you have? You need to buy a whole set of whatever you need or most likely your fan will wobble.
All of the fan blades are one piece along with the hub which is attached directly to the motor pulley (if fan is like the fan which is pictured).
This is true even if there is some kind of attachment between each blade and the hub -- it comes as one piece.
If you can purchase it, or another which will function like it, there are two places you may go to:
1) Sears sells parts for everything they sale. If you didn't get your fan from Sears, then you can still go to Sears and possibly locate a fan which is close enough.
2) Appliance parts stores (like A&M Parts/Johnstone supply) sell fan blades.
Before you begin, remove the broken fan blade (including hub). Matching the diameter and pitch of the blade and the hub to motor attachment is the goal. It can only be of good to know the make and model, but it is not necessary.

check power supply, check supply circuit fuses, if all good trace wire to fan motor itself check for current, if voltage is present check ground circuit for open.. if all checks good fan motor is bad or fan blade splines are stripped cause motor shaft to spin without fan blade turning, have also seen where a pencil, paper clip debris has broken fan blades when people store stuff on top of dash board panel , debris falls into vent back into fan housing resulting in a broken fan blade... check all
Wait? Why would you want to remove the blade? Are they broken? Is the fan unbalanced? Try cleaning the blade. If the fan still wobbles, try tightening the screws. If the fan still wobbles, Unscrew the blade and unconnect the blade from blade iron. Buy the new blade iron. If the blade is broken, Also buy the new blade.
