Maybe replace the thermocouple.

If the flames actually starts but the unit shuts off after 5 seconds you need to check the pump cover on your heater to make sure you have no cracks in the rear cover.
This could be from low pump pressure but most often this problem is caused from a defective control board.

you need to wash the foam filter, and check pump pressure, if after this pump pressure is not high enough than change the other air filters, re check pump pressure and a just accordingly.
