hi, PUK code can be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number.

You can get the sim unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the sim unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.
This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

hi had the same prob i turned the ignition on and kept the mode button pushed in and i think that done it hope this helps

first enter ##3283# on the main screen as a phone number.

a scren will appear, scroll all the way down to Advanced.

then another screen will appear, go down to Lock Code and hit the enter button.

the current lock code will appear

remember it!

then go to settings/tools

go down to More...

then go down to Security and enter the code that u were to remember

then go to change lock code
