Need parts for old Necchi Lydia 3 Sewing Machine

Do you know where I can get parts for an old (1981) Necchi Lydia 3 sewing machine. I need a small metal rod that sits on top of the spring that is inside the presser foot assembly. It is about 3/16" diameter and maybe 1 to 1 1/2 " long.
