Bought from Asda couple of weeks ago (unfortunately lost receipt). It plays ok for about 20 minutes thens stops and displays IO error. Switch it off and it returns to beginning but plays again for about 20 minutes. It is not one particular track because even if I fast forward it past where it previously stopped it still only plays for 20 minutes.

ONN is Walmart's bargain basement brand of electronics all made in China at the lowest possible price point. They have failed within the warranty period, so return them for refund and buy a Microsoft or Logitech mouse. My Logitech is over 12 years old!
do a factory reset . you can go to you tube type in factory reset and your problem then check the video and have your phone handy and you can follow them pausing when you have to follow instructions .

Potential Causes
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
•check the drain filter pumpfor foreign objects
• If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump
There is no way to solve the problem without the remote. Thanks to the good people at ASDA customer service who can direct people where to order a replacement remote for £11. Alternatively the Acoustic Solutions (Argos own brand) remote also works with this telly.

Go out and sell it on ebay. Say only one problem with it. And under description say special software needed to use correctly. make sure it is at a low price and yoou put correctly, cuz half th people on ebay dont use the things correctly.
