Color We have had this tv for two years, we recently moved and now that the tv is hooked up, the color is all messed up. we put it on perfect color and the color is off, also we attempt to fix the color ourselves without perfect color and the color is not right. faces on tv are orange with black lips, color is gray. How can I fix this? It's driving me nuts.

Check the audio selecting section. It may have changed from audio via hdmi.

Make absolutely sure that you've selected the right inputs and have them connected properly. Many times, even with people who know what they're doing, wires end up in the wrong places and settings can get messed up.
If it's not the wiring or setup, then it's possible that that particular input is fried or otherwise messed up.

could be a jumper on the DMD board that must be removed, look for a small sticker that points to the jumper, or it could be a setting in the factory mode, mute-182-power will get you in there, check the settings for the color wheel

Do not automatically think you need to go into the service menu. I bet you 100 to 1 that you pulled out a plug or a connector somewhere OR one is not seated into the plug all the way. If the set worked with color before you messed with it, there is not a problem in the service menu. The service menu is not the fix all thing. it is there to make fine alignments and adjustments, and as a matter of fact, messing with a service menu even with the service manual is very dangerous. I have seen peeps ruin TV sets by messing around with the service menu alignments. STAY out of these alignments. they are not going to fix a problem that all of a suddenly comes up. Repair the problem in the circuit first. Good Luck
