Question about JVC Cybercam GR-D200US Mini DV Digital Camcorder

Color images on the LCD screen in the camera, but it is not color on the TV

I recently bought a JVC GRD200 US MiniDV Camcorder. When I play back the recording from the mini DV, I can see color images on the LCD screen in the camera, but it is not color on the TV. I checked with TV adjustments but they were perfect.Can any one help me?

    After run out power for 10 min the screen turn on pink color and steel got the divisions for the cameras in the screen

One of the features is being able to shoot in black and white. Check the menu setting under 'program ae'

The LCD is not color correct. You don't get that until you move into the HD DVCams. And then most TVs don't agree on color too.

One of the features is being able to shoot in black and white. Check the menu setting under 'program ae'.

you may have a faulty camera there,,,or the vcr tape may be faulty and has spred some of the tape on the recording head try running a cleaning tape through the vcr first to clean the heads,,then use a new tape (not the old tape!) to try that out,, if its cleans the head up throw away the old tape so you never put it back in this vcr

Play back is in black and white
Set your TV in auto mode or according with your CAM system PAL or NTSC and some of the CAM you can set for AV out in PAL or NTSC system

Sony CCD-V8AF-E Video Camera Good Afternoon, I have a very old CCD-V8AF-E camera and a number of tapes with family movies recorded on them. I want to copy the movies onto a more permanent medium on my computer and to DVD's. The camera has not been used for many years and now when I tried to do the copying, I discovered that the cassette holder will not open when the eject button is pushed. The light above the eject button comes on solid yellow in colour and after a few seconds begins blinking and the cassette holder does not open. There is no tape currently in the camera. I would appreciate it if there is anyone who can give me any ideas on how I can get the cassette holder open. Thanks in advance David Rae.
