Go to the web site "Filehippo.com" download and install a programme called "Ccleaner" an excellent programme which can be used to clean web rubbish off your pc.
Once installed, open the programme and click on the tools icon in the column on the left hand side of the window. This will give several options, one of which is "Uninstall", click on said option and scroll down to your "jcam" software and uninstall.
Re-boot your PC and try to re-install the software.
If you press Ctl and Prtsc together, what is displayed on the screen will be dumped into the notepad. To get to it, open a paint programme first then minimising the paint programme, press Ctl and Prtsc on the screen that you wish, maximize paint and press Ctrl V. That will place the screen dump into paint. You can then modify it and then save it as a picture.

it's about multi tasking, you pened some program at same times, just restart your computer . try another player . or install a new codec to your video file
first thing to do is try another computer, if you get one that works update the firmware and you should be able to get your laptop to see it after that.
