Tomtom910 green light on but wont switch on

When you turn it on, does the screen light up (the backlights)?

Is unit running? Orange switch - is that the fast freeze switch? If on and running, green light faulty. If nothing happening, start with fuse, test the switch and make sure power is to the thermostat.

I have a cello tv model no E1906DVB the on and off light just keeps going from red to green and wont switch on

Try doing a reset. The reset hole is on the bottom of the TT 910. Use a paperclip to do the reset. Gently push the paperclip into the hole until you feel a click the hold it for 30 seconds. That should do the trick, unless the unit is not actually charging. The green light will come on but not charge because of a bad connection on the motherboard on the negative side.

This is a common problem with the 910. Try putting an obstacle in the way of the wire to keep it on. Better still is to not use the home dock at all. Just plug the home charger in to the windscreen mount (device connected of course!) and charge it that way. You get a better charge and it will stay on.

This is called "auto zoom", look through the menus to turn on/off.

there is a little push button on the back. use a niddle and push that down at the same time hold the power button. you will hear the unit turning on itself and then it should work fine
