The Print Shop version 20 Deluxe for PC is not compatible with Windows 7. The newer Version 23 is compatible. This is due to software compatibility issues with Windows 7.
try opening up the disk seperatly to the program & looking for the picture you wont then copy and paset it in but you shald find it under the menu bar in insert/ picture
Solution You must reinstall Microsoft .net framework.
You can do this by: Go to the control panel Go to add remove program select Microsoft .netframework 1.1 and remove Also if you have the Microsoft .netframework 1.1 Hotfix select that and click remove as well.
Once both those are removed we can reinstall Microsoft .netframework from the Print Shop Install disc
You can do this by: Insert the Print Shop Install disc Double Click on My computer Right Click on the Drive that contains the Print Shop Disc Left click the open option. Double click on the folder called Setup Double click on the file that’s called 1033DotNetfx This will reinstall the net framework on your computer and it should fix the issue you are having.

Error 1305...
When attempting to install The Print Shop® 23, an error that includes the message "Error 1305..." or "Error 1304..." appears. A conflict during the installation may cause this issue. Completing a clean installation of the program will help to prevent conflicts that can occur. The remainder of this note describes the procedure.
Complete the steps below to reduce conflicts during the installation.
Clean the CD or DVD
Place a small amount of nonabrasive, liquid soap on the shiny side of the CD or DVD.
Using your fingertips and warm water, gently rub the soap on the disc in a circular motion.
Rinse the disc thoroughly and dry it using a clean, soft T-shirt or lint-free towel. Do not use paper towels or tissue paper.
Install the program.
NOTE: If the error message reappears, I don't know an another massage.

Click the Start in the lower left hand corner of your screen
Click on My Computer
Double Click The Drive that has the disc
Click Run or Install

just go to control panel, add remove programs, select print shop (change) and select modify it will allow you to change content to hard drive and not cd.
