That indication is Toner Indication.You should change the toner,Now May be the toner chip also damaged. whether the machine worked after changing the toner then no need to change the toner chip,other wise the same indication still, then you change that one also.
remove the catridge to the machine and then insert it back. if it still display the same information the catridge might be damaged need to be replaced.

I don't know if you had the updated version of their PC Suite, if you have it and the error is coming-up then there must be the issue with your Operating system, but there are chances you haven't got the updated version of the suite which is Windows7 compatible. Kindly download it from here, its a direct download link from the vendor's site. Better uninstall the previous one before installing this.
