I have 2 pairs of Bose 901 (4) which amp or receiver do I need just to listen music.

That all depends on how much money you want to spend!

My best advice would be to go to a proper hi-fi shop that has the time and the expertise to advice you. If you are in England I would recommend you go to somewhere like Richer Sounds, link below.
Places like this will even let you test the amp with your speakers.

I'm having a problem when i listen to music threw Bluetooth on my car stereo, when i play music using Bluetooth from my phone my subwoofers don't turn on, but when i listen to the radio my subwoofers work

Generally, subwoofers require separate circuitry. Your car radio has that circuitry. Bluetooth is set up for stereo only and your phone will only supply stereo output

Bass goes off when i turn up the volume

You need to install a heavier gauge wire to your amp and a capacitor. It works fine at low volumes because there is enough wattage from the battery to power the bass output of the amp but at higher volumes the amp does not have enough power.

Heavier gauge wire supplies more poer, and a capacitor stores a reserve of wattage for the amp to use so that it does not run out while blasting your tunes.

How big of am amp do i need?

Depending on what kind of music you listen to I would say around a 1200 Watt Amp would suffice for what you are saying. Thank you for using Fix Ya! Don't forget to rate the overall answer to your question.
