Razor So I just bought a razor V3, bout three days ago. Its been fine since i bought it, haven't dropped it, no water damage, etc. I was texting, and a friend of mine sent a text, then my phone went crazy from that point on. Couldnt respond, menu button freezes. then i turned it off in hopes of turning it back on, but its frozen on the hellomoto screen. so i have to take the battery out to get it back to black. can anyone help me?
Sir it is because of slow interrupts... when typing text messages fastly it will happen... so better take it to local service station.. they will fix it.. thank you sir.

This is caused by a bad flex cable. More specifically the upper ear flex. It has malfunctioned (mostly due to water damage) and keeps recording memo notes (as if you are pushing the side button). This can be serviced easily. Usually $30-$45

yes, as a consumer, you really have the right to do so and this is the best thing to do. by the way, have you tried turning it on with your charger? anyway, you don't need to do that, you should return it.
this happened to me for more then 3 seconds in water for the razor, turn off the phone, remove the battery and SIM card, let it sit in a dry place over night, and check again next day, it should be fully functional
