On my x box live i just downloaded the golden package so i stareted to play halo 3 and every thing was working for like 2hours. so as was playing it said player failed to load content. and its been like that for 2 or 3 days. and i cant do any thing like custom games or forge and story mode.

red light on router and no connection to net. all wires been checked.
when i am trying to sign up to xbox live i get through the network and through to the internet but at the internet to xbox live it fails and wont connect and i have tried this all day but wont work and the error message is saying: this action cant be performed at this time please try again alter www.xbox.com/support and underneath it says this error code: 80154013
