Please help,
bought an AEG micrrowave 14 months ago and recently (having just gone out of warranty) it started to work intermitently.It functioned in terms of controls,lights etc but nothing was getting hot.
For a week or so we managed to rectify this by turning it of at the wall and back on again but now that doesnt work.Bearing in mind that this model is over £300 I am keen to try and get it repaired if possible rather than get a new one.
can anyone help /

apparently the customer services team may contribute up to 70% of any repair costs even though it is out of warranty.I disccovered this when i called them and they gave me a telephone number to contact a local engineer 9which i am going to do tomorrow0
