Already we have loarex camera model number MC7525 with adapter 12v DC ,and DC 500MA with 120 AC , this input not computability with Egypt AC 220V. TODAY bay new adapter with the same output ,but different input 220 v ac to work with our electrical Egypt also not working , please help us

hi, This is actually a very good camera.Did you insert the batteries in reverse accidently?? this seems to be a problem with the switching circuit from battery and power adapter.. did you keep the camera with batteries for a long time with out use?? U can give it to the nearest service to get the circuit checked. all the best my friend.. sreejith

it's alway suggested that you simply use plug adaptors to change shape of plugs for overseas-do not reduce voltage since most all chargers including yours support 220 or 110

Actually i haven't fixed the problem as yet but i did find some info that would help me to fix problem.
I went to google and entered keyword,,, Electronic parts,,there came up a page,,and i went to several manuf sites till i found a replacement transformer,,then i disassembled the power supply and am now waiting for a replacement transformer.
