Hi, my cursor had frozen on my screen after my grand daughter pressing something. After trying everything I decided to take it to a local computer shop, it was fixed in seconds. He held the arrow tab(below the caps lock tab) and then pressed F9 it worked!!
Hope this will fix your problem
this happened to me a few days ago, what you have to do is hold down the off button for 20 seconds. This technique is called hard reset, so it should work if you do that. :)
Try this: Press and hold the wake/sleep button and the home button simultaneously for ten seconds and the apple logo should appear on the screen. Release the buttons and it should work like normal. Hope this helps.
