The answer to that will be from a sound system installer or the manufacturer. Often those speakers will be an odd shape or size and only the original will work without modifying the enclosure.

Your best bet for replacing with OE components, without going to a dealer and paying their prices, is to visit your local salvage yard and pull them out (if you can do that). My local yard only charges $4 per speeaker, regardless of size or specification.
Aftermarket replacements will require some wiring to the extent that you'll need to change the plug-end on your existing speaker wiring to female blade terminals that will plug onto the aftermarket speakers. The speakers will work well with your OE head unit, though. There is no need to replace anything other than the speakers and the wire connectors when upgrading your audio components for replacement purposes only.
