For some unknown reason, my MioC230 displays the "time of arrival" one hour too early. The time is synched with the GPS, the timezone is set correctly. When no route is being displayed, the correct time is shown; only when a route is shown does the time read too early (so, for instance if the arrival time should be 16:00, it reads 15:00).
This is a common problem that Mio acknowledges, and from what they told me in my phone call to them, they will address that issue in an update which they are working on "right now", but I fixed my gps, and unlocked a whole bunch of other neat features like an mp3 player by unlocking my Mio C230:
This guy's work with the c230 is amazing, and everything works great..... it basically just turned my 100 dollar GPS into a 200 or even 300 dollar GPS. Very cool stuff.

Chain failure is pretty much game over. You could bend your valves and all sorts of other stuff. That price is a little high, but it is a very invasive procedure. If you were driving an 88 Toyota Corolla it may be a little cheaper, but Mercedes doesn't make anything easy to get to. It will probably take close to 6 or 7 hours from start to finish.
I would shop around a little more just to try to get a good deal, but I would say that $900 would be the lowest you may get. I know this probably wasn't much help, but that is just how it goes sometimes. Sorry.
You need to go to your phone carrier support page, or to Palm.com and download the daylight savings time update. You SHOULD keep network time checked unless you don't want to pull the proper time from your carrier, such as when you are out of town.
