This is a defrost problem most likely caused by a defective defrost thermostat. It is located in the freezer compartment behind back wall on top right hand side of coils and usually has a brown and an orange wire connecting to it. It should have continuity when checking with a volt/ohm meter when it is frozen and read open when it is warm.
I have seen many of the newer electronic temperature model bottom mounts with defective control boards as well that cause the fridge to skip the defrost cycle.
Good luck!

Refrigerator is warm, but freezer is cold and still making ice. This is a 3 year old Amanna Bottom Freezer model. There is frost in the top of the freezer drawer when I putt it out.

you will need to defrost it. the freezer is what keeps your fridge cool. the vent where the cool air goes up to your fridge is sealed or frozen.
unplug the fridge and open the doors and let it defrost.
plug it back in after a few hours and it should be working again.

Our produce are spoiling within 2 to 3 days. Do

First I need you to unplug the refrigerator. Remove the rear panel in the back of the freezer and tell me if the coils are clear, frozen or blocked with ice. Make sure both fans were working before unplugging. Below the bottom and the fan inside the freezer. This will let me know if there is a problem with your defrost system. If frozen over use a hair dryer to defrost coils and let me know. We will need to check the defrost heater and defrost thermostat. Let me know when you are ready or if this is helpful, Thanks Sea Breeze

Not cooling properly

Sounds like your coils are getting plugged,(excess ice in and around the coils)if you have a cooler or some other place to keep your food cold, turn off or unplug the fridge, you want to defrost it,for the freezer place pans of hot water in it to speed up the process, leave doors open, should only take around 4 to 12 hrs.A good time to clean it to lol.
Hope this helped.Let me know. Also rate me.

Amana refrigerator warm

Chances are if they are getting cool but not cold-

1) the evaporator fan in the freezer is not running
2) Defrost heater has failed
3) Defrost sensor has failed
4) Defrost timer/refrigerator control has failed.

Check for ice build-up on the back wall of the freezer. If there is ice, unplug or turn the unit off for 6-8 hours with the doors open (put any food in a cooler with ice to maintain). Note water may come out of the refrigerator.
Plug the unit back in or turn it back on, close the doors, and check temperature after a couple of hours of operation. If all OK, you will need to have the above tested, or, if you know how to use a multimeter and can read a schematic/wiring diagram, I can instruct you on how to check the above.
