THERE is a red light on front of tv that turns yellow when I turn it on. I can hear the sound of all the channels but no picture at all. What does this mean and is there any way to fix it?

it is not a major problem but as you know that it is a high voltage device.
All the TV's have a fail safe now a days. It looks like that there is a problem with color management or the picture tube. If this is a projection than I could have said that it is a certain that it is to do with the color management. When Tv tries turn on it get a signal that there is a problem when it does the diagnosis prior to turning on and it stops. I am leaning towards the Picture tube as you didn't mention that the power light goes off after it tries to turn on. Please get it checked. good luck.
