You need to buy the unified mouse and the unified keyboard then you can use just one dongle i had to download the software from their site to help unify them
if its a wireless mouse and keyboard make sure the batteries are securely seated and fully charged the battery panel should be on the underside of your mouse keyboard as would be the on off switch
click start control panel keyboard hardware make sure the right type of keyboard is selected
click start control panel keyboard hardware troubleshoot or click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to keyboard you could see a yellow question/exclamation mark ? ! orred X a new driver will need to be installed
make sure that the right type of mouse is selected it will be in the hardware tab or control panel mouse you should see 4 tabs buttons, pointers, pointer options and hardware under hardware you can troubleshoot or select properties under driver you can update driver, rollback driver or uninstall and under hardware you can troubleshoot
You might try updating the drivers. sometimes the manufacturer makes big changes between different versions of the same equipment that requires the new updates to even function. On your keyboard, they went from 4.0 to 4.7. That's a pretty big jump.
Did you go to where you downloaded it and try to open it? If so, and it still acts "buggy", then the download was the wrong type or the download was bad, so I would delete it then, since it worked fine before you downloaded it. I hope this helps.
Start, My Computer right click, got to properties, Device Manager find the Keyboard and Mouse click one, insert disc that came with the mx 3200, double click on keyboard on, reinstall drivers, then click yes this time only, next windows click the advance box. it is the bottom one of the two. the next window should ask if you want the computer to select the best driver or if you want to search yourself. select search myself there should be about 4 different drivers select the one that has (106 keys). should be working. follow similar steps for mouse there will be about four different drivers for the mouse just pick one if it isn't the right one you will get an error try the next one, it will be one of the four etc. also have you connected them to the usb receiver.
