My logitech wireless keyboard won't type. i
go to logitech support, download setpoint software and follow instructions on setting secure connection. i just did it with mine and keyboard got fixed. your symptoms should be that the qwerty keys dont work but the multimedia, clock and function keys are working. the setpoint software will take care of that.

My MX3200 mouse is not working. Everytime I change
Try moving the receiver closer to the keyboard/mouse, or to another usb port. It may be getting interference or the signal can be having trouble from under a desk, etc. The range on these can be shockingly short in spite of what the documentation claims.

Mouse not working on mouse pad anymore
I'm assuming it's an optical mouse, but a few details are lacking in your post. Is it the same mouse pad that you used before you changed your batteries? Is your mouse pad shiny? Because that will affect the performance of an optical mouse.
And really, and optical mouse doesn't need a mouse pad. If it works OFF of the mouse pad, just get rid of the pad.

Logitech cordless mouse and keyboard installation
You probably already done this but try pressing the receiver button and while it is flashing turn the board over and press the small reset/connect button on the bottom of the board and also the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. It should work okay after that. here is hoping that helps. Bud

Keyboard does not work
You don't need to install any software updates. Just do the following:
[Ctrl]-[Alt]-[F12] (must use the left [Ctrl]-[Alt] keys, not the right)
Push the Connect button beneath the keyboard, then the Connect button on the USB Receiver, then the [Esc] key on the keyboard.
This will unlock the security encryption on the keyboard. You may need to reconnect the mouse afterward too.

Where is the FN button?
Fn key function key it is located on the left corner and between CTRL and ALT key on the keyboard.
It is used to do some function like disable touchpad Fn+F9 Toggle screen Fn +F5to external display from laptop screen.

Mx 3200 keyboard runs but won't type
windows xp info.
go to start,
control panel,
systems,
hardware,
device manger,
click on x at keyboard see your keyboard there right click delete keyboard shut down and reboot leave keyboard plugged in...and it should find and reload the keyboard.
if this does not fix the problem..shutdown the computer unplug the keyboard and mouse...reboot the computer and let load all the way...I know you can't do nothing about signing in or working on it
but let load all the way after finished loading push button to power it off are unplug it...then replug the keyboard and mouse and boot it back up should fix it...
