Sometimes it happen because you have installed a driver recently and it is creating a havoc there. try to run in safe mode and restore the configuration to the previous one.

other options, is that a memory went bad. try to read what error is telling before the beginning dump of physical memory.

if one bank of memory is bad, try running your computer with one of the banks at the time.

Beginning dump of physical memory

This could be pretty complex. The ATAPI.SYS file controls the Hard Drive and CD-Rom Drive. I would recommend reading this MS TechNet article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822051/ The article says that it's not uncommon for the problem to be caused by faulty memory or by problems in the mass storage controller subsystem, which makes sense since atapi.sys (a mass storage controller system file) is noted.
If you have multiple memory cards in the machine, it might not be a bad idea to take one out and try again. If the fails, keep swapping out memory cards until we either solve the problem, or elimite that as a cause.

Windows program shut down Laptop problem model-no-XPS M1530

As with any blue screen, this is an operating system error in which a driver or program has overstepped it's boundries by writing into an unauthorized section of the memroy, therefore causing the memory dump. You will need to run a system repiar or reload with your recovery disc or operating system disc in order to cure the problem. Start with the repair, if the rogue still persists, then you will need to wipe the hard drive and reload the operating system.
