After experiencing this same problem, and trying all the solutions noted here, I bought a new transmitter on Ebay for about $10. That worked for me.

If you changed the batteries to new ones and you still can't use it, try downloading the drivers from the website. If you still can't use it then that means the keyboard is bad and would need to be replaced.

After replacing the batteries you have to select the operating channel, so keyboard and receiver operate in the same frequency. Push the button on the receiver, and before 10 sec, push the small button on the back of the keyboard. Repeat procedure for mouse, just in case.

Changed batteries now does not work

3 possibilities

1. You need to get the devices to see each other again - the keyboard and mouse will have a small button on them (usually underneath) press them and they will re-sync with the receiver.
2. obvious but I have done it - batteries in the wrong way round
3. again obvious - but if you have kids you will understand the problem - the batteries are dead and they have stuck them back with the live batteries.

After a Low Battery Message, but with battery still functioning, I replaced the battery, clicked reset and had a dead mouse on my hands. I replaced new battery with the old battery to test -- still dead....

Hi,

You need to re-connect the mouse to wireless network.
Follow the steps given below.

Step 1

Press and hold the Connect Button ( At the bottom of the mouse ) and the connect button on the receiver together and release both the buttons together.

This will help you connect the printer again to PC.

If this does not work, try this next step.

Step 2
You will have to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your mouse

Click on Start
Click on Settings or Control Panel
Open Add or Remove Programs OR Programs and Features
Look for Logitech Wireless Mouse in the list
Use the arrow key on keyboard till you select the Logitech Wireless and choose Uninstall

Hope this should fix the issue.

After you uninstall - reinstall the program, and restart your computer. This should allow you to use your cordless mouse again.

My Logitech Alto Cordless Laptop Stand Keyboard stopped working. the stand still works but not the keyboard. I changed the batteries for new ones and unpluged it, restarted the laptop. But it stil not...

Have you tried the connect button underneath the keyboard? Sometimes they get out of sync.

You will have to press the sync button on the stand first and then press the sync button on the keyboard. Good Luck
