I cannot connect to any multiplayer games on my PC

I cannot connect to any multiplayer games. Any game that requires I connect to a server and/or room won't let me connect. It used to work, but now it just doesn't. Someone please help, I'm missing out on wolfteam, and battlefield, and all the good stuff!!
Note: The product i've listed has nothing to do with my problem!

I dont think so tha minecraft is capable of two players at the same time on the same device. you should try to connect to an online multiplayer server. after login you can choose single or multiplayer, than you only need the server ip address. you can search for srevers on the web

Playing a game called "Borderland" I can't get game to run in multiplayer mode if my Belkin N1 router is is in the circuit. If I remove the router from the circuit, multiplayer will work

you will need to do the following things
1 : Get the TCP & UDP Ports Required for the game
2 : The IP Address Of the PC

Step 1 : Open RSP by typing 192.168.2.1 on the address bar of internet explorer

Step 2 : On the Left Click on firewall

Step 3 : Leave the password blankand click Submit

Step 4 : Disable the Firewall and click Apply Changes

===============================

If it is Still not Working

On the left hand side under Firewall Click Virtual Servers

Enable the Ports that you need and assign the IP Address of the PC For the Ports and click Apply Changes

None can join me in online session

Make sure you or your friends are not behind NAT. It is much easier to connect if you have all public IPs and not something starting with 192. There are so many ports required to be open for this game and GameSpy that it is much easier to just open them all for this game.

Do not use ALT+TAB and do not enter Windows when multiplayer is running. It will kill the connection to GameSpy servers that are needed even when you are creating server to your own computer.

Sometimes in the lobby the server just dies quietly and you need to disconnect and reconnect. You will notice this when players just stop coming to your server.

It says :"you have been disconnected from online servers"

There can be particular issues related
to playing through a router or firewall,
including sharing your internet
connection via another PC. In order to
join or host a Conflict: Global Storm
game from behind a firewall you must
open the following ports (inbound and
outbound):

UDP ports 4658, 6500, 10010,
13139, 27900

TCP ports 4658, 6667, 28910,
29900, 29901, 29920

To host a game from behind a router
with NAT (Network Address
Translation), or a firewall, you will
need to enable ‘port forwarding’ on
the following ports to route data to the
IP address of your PC;

UDP ports 4658, 6500

TCP port 4658

If you continue to have problems
connecting to servers or creating
them, try bypassing your router or
firewall by connecting your PC directly
to your broadband connection.

Do not use ALT+TAB and do not enter Windows when multiplayer is running. It will kill the connection to GameSpy servers which are needed for connecting to any internet server.

"cannot connect to gamesession"

I don't think the game allows online play with 2 same cd keys...
I'm not allowed to advise you to get another cd key from the net, because that is illegal.
I guess you will need another copy of the game to play multiplayer.

Multiplayer

Sometimes with older games, if this is an older one, if they aren't popular, or not enough people play them ,they will take the servers down, which would explain why you can't connect. I'm not sure if this is the case, but it might be.

Multi-players on games onslim PS2

On some games, Call of duty and medal of honour Rising sun, have a option for multiplayer. However, there are two types of multiplayer.
First type is the one that you are thinking of which is to be able to play face to face with two controllers.
Second type is online multiplayer which requires and internet connection.

in essance Call of duty 1 & 2 are single player games.
