It kept coming up with "Incorrect Password" and asked me to reset it. ... I am currently using a MS account and it isn't local its online, I can log ... I have attempted it but it has failed to do anything, any other options available for this matter? ..... It won't boot to safe mode, and it won't let me into the BIOS screen.

Before you try anything remove all external devices and see if anything changes. Sometimes external device drivers can prevent KB working.
Is there an icon the bottom left corner of the login screen? If so select Type without a keyboard and an on-screen keyboard should appear. Use the trackpoint/pad (or mouse) to log in.
Now check the keyboard to see which if any keys are working.

Its definitely an issue with some programs which loads only after windows is completely loaded. It maybe the drivers acting up or some other malicious programs which is trying to hinder with the functioning of your keyboard. Try uninstalling the keyboard drivers and restart the computer. Let me know how that goes.

Are you sure your password was with all lowercase letters? Are you sure that as you type each keystroke registers on the screen? Watch the screen as you type your password slowly and make sure it moves with each keystroke. A bad keyboard will cause a problem with your password. If all the above does not solve it turn off your computer, then turn it on and hit the F8 key repeatedly until you see an option that allows you to log into Safe Mode. Take the Safe Mode Option and when it boots up hopefully and depending on your operating system it will give you a log in for the Administrator and for the user which you forgot the password. Log in as the Administrator and hopefully you have not password protected it. Once you log in successfully go to Start/Control Panel/User Accounts. Once you are in User Accounts, select the user account that you forgot the password for and select the option to Remove Password. Then restart your computer.

try to check your laptop keyboard maybe their is some small materials that are accidentally inserted on the keyboard, but if the unit was still beeping, you might need to ask an actual technician because maybe their is something wrong inside of your motherboard on your laptop. Better to ask the techie person on your area so that they will going to open it up.

To unlock an yahoo ID/account... just open the page http://www.yahoo.com/r/m6 or http://login.yahoo.com ... in Log In box type your ID and Password. click Sign In...the same page will open again asking User ID, Password and Captcha code.....Type all the info correctly and click Sign In again....if the password for your ID is right your are done...please remember to check the Caps Lock on you keyboard is On/Off while type the password.
