I lost my phone in snow and and fond it on the raod and now it is all kids of colors with lines on acrossed the scree what can i do too fix it

You have to take it into a shop and the cost will be more than a new set. You cannot buy a screen that big and install it yourself.

if those lines are vertical it simply means that your batteries are weak. you could try cleaning the contacts careful - battery ends as well

Most likely the screen has permenant damage and is unfixable. if the cable connected to the screen inside the phone was loosened, then you could attempt to fix it by opening up the device and reinsterting the cable, but doing this will void your warrenty.
