Thank you for writing in regard to your concern about your mobile phone which shows a red line on the screen. Let me help you with this.
First, I want to ask if you have dropped your phone, pressured placed on the phone like sitting or there was a water spilled on the lcd of the phone? If yes, possibility is that, the LCD screen might have been affected. For you to further check on this one, I would highly suggest you to bring your phone to the nearest service centre, you may also check if it is still covered for warranty. The LCD scree might cost you much but rest assured that this will fix the problem.
Hope I was able to cover everything to have this resolved. Please dont hesitate contacting us back.

Most likely the screen has permenant damage and is unfixable. if the cable connected to the screen inside the phone was loosened, then you could attempt to fix it by opening up the device and reinsterting the cable, but doing this will void your warrenty.
