Pls chech the USB cable & try to connect it on back panel , USB inspite of front panel USB .. Front panel USB some times do not recognises device which needs high power .
Diagonally opposite(diagonally opposite corner) to where you connect your mouse and keyboard, there will be pins on the motherboard to connect the front panel connectors. You can identify it by names written near it like SPK or Speaker, on/off and so on. The connectors on the front panel will also have names written on them. Just match and connect them. Reset switch, Power and speaker will not be a problem connecting. But hard disk light connector will be a little tricky. you have to connect to the correct polarity. USB connectors will be near these pins and will be labled as USB5 or USB4 and so on, on the motherboard. You will be able to insert the USB connector in one direction, so connecting it is not a problem.
Hi you can give this a shot http://www.mingjong.com.tw/eipe/front/bin/ptlist.phtml?Category=100012
it appears this particular cam is usb and most usb and some usb devices have the driver software embedded in the hardware which gets installed when you plug them in depending on the version of usb port and operating system you are using, although i searched by the "mikomi webcam model ap 7120u" model and number i came up empty but when i entered the "ap 7120u" i came up with a slew of models to choose from none of which had a driver download area so i'm posting this in hopes your model might be here!
It could be your USB port that's not working. Try inserting your flash drive into a different USB port. It is possible that the line connecting the USB port was accidentally removed or loosened inside your CPU. You can also try opening your CPU and fix the connections of the front panel wires to the motheboard.
