Hi! i am using Intel DG33FB motherboard, i need the information about the connectivity of front pannel audio. for this it is Realtek HD audio port. i am having 5 cables set for the front pannel...

The L&R-Ret2&3 are common so only one needs fitting so for the speakers you only need to connect 3 cables. R-Out, L-Out and one return (either L of R). I'll comment back shortly on the mic pins for you.

Front audio in casing

The front panel audio for this board is labelled FP_AUDIO and is on the bottom left hand side of the board. See page 39 of the following; http://dlsvr03.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socket775/P5PE-VM/e2609_p5pe-vm.pdf They're all labelled correctly. In your case, L-out - Mic2_L, L-ret - Mic2_R etc
