Power on just get continious two second beeps
sounds like not enough power. have another look at the board, the 4 pin connector should be near the I/O shield near the top of the board, just above or beside the CPU. sometimes it is on the edge of the motherboard (so the plug pins are parallel with the board surface)

What video card do I
The available Expansion slots :
1 x AGP 8X
6 x PCI
You could install a PCI video card since AGP cards are getting hard to find....
Your problem could be your system power supply...most of the newer PCI video cards require
500 watt or higher power supplies and your system supply is at most 300 watts

Monitor not coming on when i start up computer
First when you power up the computer press F8 key then enter in enable vga mode.
If you are able to enter then go to start menu->control panel->display property ->settings.
Change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and ok.
But if you are not able to see safe mode and other menu.
Then open cpu cabinet .
Refix RAM memory.
Pull cmos cell from motherboard for 10 minutes.
Reattach all connection harddrive.
Open processor fan and processor remove dust from all parts.
Make sure motherboard is not ground with cabinet.
Remove PCI cards if any.
After all above still same then change RAM then try.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
