My mobile SGH_E800 Is having camera problem. when i switch on to camera mode a hazzy picture is displayed on the screen.

Try hitting the display button(the small TV resembling icon in the bottom right of the camera). You may have accidentally pressed it while using your camera and caused it to turn off your display.

try a master reset of the phone.....press *2767*3855#

if you look on the side of your viewty you will see a switch with three options. they are as follows: camera mode, video mode and picture viewing mode. the reason why you're seeing pictures and not the camera is because your switch isn't on camera mode, it's on the picture viewer. so on the menu go to camera and when you see the pictures just slide the switch to the cam mode.

If it is not a setting problems, and if the black and white is only on LCD and not on picture, then it is a problem with the LCD. Probably just the ribbon cable not well inserted into the connector.
Camera must be taken apart to fix this problem. Better to have the job done by a technician at a camera repair shop.

sir..i hav digit camera benq dc E800.when i start my cam it will displayed as black screen without light..if i take photo or vdo ,after took it shows with dim light and mixed with violet colour..plzz say whats the reasons and it can solve..where i want to go

have the LCD/screen replace...take it to a mobile tech and have that done.

lo it couls be your batterie or you could need the phone reprograming.if you need some1 to reprogram it then send it to these guys http://www.mobilephoneservicecentre.co.uk/
