It sounds like you have a bad toner cartridge. There is a chip on the rear end of the toner that is sometimes defective. It doesnt happen often, but it happens. blog.equipmybiz.com
During installation , use sharp ar205 developer and sharp ar021 toner cartridge. This shows you did not use developer or used the wrong ones, good luck.
F2 means that the toner cartridge is defective or improperly installed. Toner cartridge must be AR-016T. Try to put back the old cartridge if you have it and see if error F2 dissapears.
on this code you may have to clean out the developing unit and start with fresh developer. Make sure the developer unit is not leaking from one of the bearings. You may need a tech for this one...
