if you open up your phone where your battery is..there you will find the imei number of your phone..it should be written at the back usually together with the barcode and other numbers..it is indicated imei number..

To delete all the data, go into Options / Security Options / General Settings, clik the wheel and then click Wipe Handheld.

This will remove all of the DATA, and not any of the applications.

Resolution In BlackBerry Desktop Manager, run the BlackBerry Application Loader tool.
Note: The following procedure will delete all data and applications from your BlackBerry smartphone.
