Please try to log on from another system than your and see if you are able to register. Usually if your system has been PHISHED there is a possiblity that there could be some malwares present that is not allowing you proceed. This will also be stalled up by the security servers of such sites so as no to cause concerrn to the site. Hence it may divert and get phished by some one trying to get your details... please do not give any details to any one , banks, site, as this may be false and trying to cheat you.
If so then you better get a good antivirus installed , or maybe set your system to an earlier restore point-- open control panel, open backup /restore and set. Clear up all your history, temporray files and cookis fromthe explorer, open tools, internet options and clear.'

You are probably using Internet Explorer. I think maybe your security settings are set too tight.
Go to Tools>Internet Options>security and either set the security to default or lower them a little.
As an alternative, download Firefox and try logging on to those sites with that. You can get a copy of Firefox at www.mozilla.com
