My 1999 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer windows and sunroof won't open also the interior lights and running board lights don't come on. They all stopped working the same time. I checked fuse box on side of dash and all fuses appear to be fine. What's wrong??

There's another fuse box under the hood I think it's near the left hood hinge.

99 explorer windows and moon roof probs....you may be looking in the wrong fusebox. look in the power dist box located under the hood, probably on drivers side of vehicle. refer to owners manual for fuse location. it will not be a plastic fuse, instead it is a square metal one. after verifying the correct fuse, remove it and check for continuity. dont know how to check continuity? use a volt meter on fuse to check for a path of electricity to flow or have it checked for free at auto parts store.

How do you know if you have anti theft on 96 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer? Don't see any flashing light.

Roll down the windows then lock the vehicle.

After that go to passenger side an attempt to open from inside. Alarm should go off if any.

2007 ford explorer interior lights work then do not then work

if the problem is happening only when the door is open, it could be a bad connection in the door jamb switch that turns on the lights when you get in.

If it comes and goes while you are driving, the problem could be in the headlight switch/light dimming knob.

loose connection or faulty switch is my guess here.
