When the router was setup there was no screen for setting up a password am i able to do this at all ?
Dude if u forgot! Set it to its factory settings. First remove all cords and grap a paper clip. Put the paper clip in the reset spot. plug the power cord in it while holding the clip in. hold the clip in for 20 seconds. Then it will reset to factory and you can have a blank pasword and reset it to whatever you want.
If you have the router, the default username and password is usually printed on the bottom if not try these.

try these in any order and switch round passwords to usernames these are the default passwords, if these dont work, then a simple push button reset will sort you out.
Ben.
You must log in with a password to make changes to your Router's settings. If you have not yet set a custom up a password, leave this field blank and click the "Submit" button.
