You just need samsung tocco lite unlock code for vodafone network and you can get that code from vodafone, but they will take a charge from you and you need to wait a couple of weeks for that code. To unfreeze a phone just pull out the battery . To unlock a phone , just restore it' factory settings .

If your Tocco is network locked to O2 or Vodafone and you wish to unlock it for use with a different provider, It can be unlocked by entering the following codes using the dial pad:

#7465625*638*00000000*00000000#

Then:

#7465625*638*00000000#

Confirmation should be displayed onscreen after each code is entered. That's all there is to it! The above method may work with other Samsung handsets (i.e: G600, etc.) too.
