It takes a long time to turn on and while its warming up it makes a high pitched squeeling noise. After you wait awhile you can turn the channel and the picture pops up, but its got a yellowish tint to it. During movies if something blows up, or theres a lot going on, the screen will go black and you have to turn the channel to get it back on. Its only about 4 years old and I dont want to go buy a new TV if its something in-expensive to fix. Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks.
High pitched squealing noise >> im thinking is the color wheel which will also give you the yellow color, don't know if that would also cause your screen to blank.

I can push the TV on switch, the TV will not come on it blinks three times. If I wait 1 to 2 minutes, it will do the same thing. Sometimes after following through for about 4 to 5 times it will finally come on. The last few times I tried to turn it on it has not worked.
