Ic chips?? light engine??

One morning i turned on my LG 52SX4D 52 in. DLP HDTV. The picture was a bright green like the color of a frog ( not as dark ) I replaced the lamp light for $200.00 adjusted / reset the color as stated once light was replaced,still didn't fix the problem. 2nd i than checked the cables / unpluged them, tv still bright green / lime color. Don't know what to do next!! Tv is 2 years old and anything i need to fix is at my cost!! Can anyone can give me advice!!

As for the cables, all cables were removed from the tv and before plugging the cables back in, i turn the tv on and still menu / pic was green. I also have been reading about these tvs. Could the pin wheel that spins / that changes the colors, be causing the problem?? If so how would i fix that. One more thing this may be it as well ( I copyed this from a web site!! ) -->

If you own a DLP television and are experiencing a washout of your usually brilliant picture with a primary color (red, green, blue) overtone, a light engine could be just what you need.

A light engine!! What is that?? How would you fix this??
